How long does a repair take?
For a small hole, 4 to 8 days. If the garment has multiple holes, it takes longer and depends on our workload. A 50% deposit is required.
What if I need an urgent repair?
Urgent work can be done within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the severity of the damage, provided the garment is received early in the morning. A 20% surcharge applies, payable in full when requesting the service.
How should garments be brought in?
Garments must be clean if the hole is near the seat, the lower part of the zip, or if the garment has been attacked by moths or other insects.
Is a deposit required?
For urgent work, 100% of the price must be paid in advance. For other work, at least 50% upfront.
Do you offer a home collection service?
No, but garments can be sent by post or courier.
Can I request a quote via photos or by phone?
No, due to the difficulty of assessing the work from photos or descriptions, please bring the damaged garment to the shop for evaluation.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?
If you are not satisfied with the result, we will refund your money once the darning has been undone.
Note: After undoing the darning, the garment returns to its original condition without additional damage.
